Hello everybody,
I am a graduated biologist in behavioural biology and I will finish my PhD around April 1998. My dream is to find a project dealing with behaviour biology in Kenya or somewhere else in Africa.

I am experienced in lab work as well as in field work and I have reliable statistical education.
For my diploma thesis, I spent half a year in the mountains, observing animals (marmots), doing a real field work study.
After that I had the great chance to take part in a TBA course for tropical biology in Kenya and gained some experiences in working with african wildlife.
Since I felt in love with Africa I returned several times during the following year to Kenya as well as to Southafrica, Namibia and Tanzania, visiting some research stations.
Recently I have been in South America for a couple of weeks.

Now, after finishing my PhD in Switzerland I want to return to the african wildlife and I am (as well as my boyfriend is) looking for a position as a research assistant or as a postdoc.
If you have an ongoing project and you still need a behavioral biologist (speaking german, english, a bit of french and a little bit of spansih) - please let me know!!

Looking forward to hear from you,

Julia Lehmann
